Skierfe advises Acer Bostad on SEK 875m acquisition in Knivsta

Acer Bostad, a newly established joint venture between Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and Gordion Capital, has acquired two newly developed residential properties in central Knivsta (Gredelby 21:1 and Gredelby 21:6) from a joint venture between Genova and Redito for SEK 875 million. The portfolio comprises 284 rental apartments with ground-floor commercial premises and garages, totalling a lettable area of nearly 18,000 sq.m.

The acquisition marks Acer Bostad’s third transaction in a short period, bringing its portfolio to almost 900 apartments across Sweden with a combined value of SEK 2.5 billion. The properties are environmentally certified and feature strong sustainability credentials.
