Skierfe has advised Gamla Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget SEB Trygg Liv (publ) on the sale of the property Sumpen 10 to Harmerica Properties AB.
The property Sumpen 10 offers 1,733 sq.m. at Stureplan in the heart of Stockholm’s city centre and houses offices and East, a well-known Asian restaurant. Built in 1896-1897, it is a historic property designed by Fredrik Lilljekvist, the architect who also designed the Royal Dramatic Theatre’s new building in Stockholm (Dramaten).
On the market for more than 120 years, Gamla Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget SEB Trygg Liv is an insurance company and part of the SEB Group.
