Skierfe has advised ALM Equity AB (publ) on the sale of 60 percent of the assets from Svenska Nyttobostäder to a fund managed by Aermont Capital and on the establishment of the joint venture.
The purchase price amounts to SEK 1.9 billion, with the underlying property valued at approximately SEK 8.4 billion.
The transaction is one of the largest residential deals ever in Sweden.
