The seller was Bilia AB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The firm has also advised Kl\u00f6vern on securing land allocation agreements with the municipality for the adjacent properties Orminge 54:1 and part of Orminge 60:1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kl\u00f6vern intends to develop approx. 500 high-quality, sustainable homes, with construction anticipated to begin in the first quarter of 2029.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The target sites are located in Orminge Centre.
