The property is located in the heart of central Malm\u00f6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In connection with the transaction, Eiendomsspar has entered into a long-term lease agreement with Vander, a highly regarded Norwegian operator of aparthotels in the Nordic region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The property is centrally located in Malm\u00f6, approximately ten minutes\u2019 walk from Malm\u00f6 Central Station. It will be renovated and developed into a modern aparthotel, offering fully equipped units with kitchens, a number of which will also have separate bedrooms.
