The purchase price amounts to SEK 459 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The S\u00f6dra Hagalund area in Solna is undergoing significant transformation. The new district will comprise housing, retail premises, workplaces, cultural facilities and services. Besqab and ALFA Development are planning four phases with mixed tenures, aimed at attracting a broad range of target groups and creating a vibrant neighbourhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Besqab AB (publ) develops sustainable, high-quality residential housing in sought-after locations in Greater Stockholm and Uppsala.
