SEK 2.5bn"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skierfe has advised ALM Equity AB (publ) on the sale of 51 percent of the shares in Kl\u00f6vern to NREP, with Corem Property Group and Broskeppet Bostad also participating as sellers. The total value of the transaction is approximately SEK 2.5 billion, with ALM Equity\u2019s share amounting to SEK 1.2 billion.
