The site will be Costco\u2019s second establishment in Sweden. <\/p>\n\n<p>Over the past decade, RED has developed Bernstorp into a prominent commercial area in the \u00d6resund region. In addition to establishing Costco, RED has facilitated the establishment of Biltema, which is opening a facility of 11,000 sq.m. in the fall of 2024. <\/p>\n\n<p>RED is a privately owned real estate development company with its main focus on retail properties.
