Situated at Amazonv\u00e4gen 10 on the outskirts of Gothenburg, the property was originally constructed as Volvo Cars\u2019 headquarters in 1984 but has remained partially vacant for the past decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first phase of the property\u2019s redevelopment spans approximately 25,000 sq.m., with occupancy scheduled for spring 2026. The intention is to further develop the district, expanding it to encompass between 200,000 and 300,000 sq.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
