SEK 600 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hagabacken Fastighets AB is a new real estate investment company, launched by Bengt Kjell, Oscar Lekander and Lars Thagesson in 2023. Based on the founders\u2019 experience gained from, among others, co-founding Hemfosa and Nyfosa, Hagabacken plans to be an opportunistic investor focused on the Swedish commercial property sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company has recently completed a capital raise with investment commitments amounting to some SEK 1.5 billion.
