This historic property is located at Ingmar Bergmans Gata 2 \/ Nybrogatan, right behind the Royal Dramatic Theatre and adjacent to Skravelberget St\u00f6rre 1, which is already owned by the purchaser Sparb\u00f6ssan AB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Skravelberget St\u00f6rre 14 comprises approximately 2,800 sq.m., including office premises and a restaurant with a wine bar on the ground floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
