Skierfe has advised ALM Equity in connection with the acquisition of Storstaden Bostad. The acquisition includes a portfolio of 14 residential development projects in Greater Stockholm. The portfolio comprises approximately 100,000 sq.m. of gross floor area with planned construction of around 1,200 apartments. The projects are expected to have a combined value of approximately SEK 5.8 billion.
Storstaden Bostad was founded in 2016 and has since delivered several residential projects such as Alprosen in Bromma and Stadsporten in Nacka. The acquisition of Storstaden Bostad strengthens ALM Equity’s position in the residential development segment and supports its strategy to expand in high-growth areas of Stockholm.
