Skierfe has acted as legal advisor to Aros Bostadsutveckling AB (publ) in securing financing for the development of major residential projects. The projects form part of a portfolio which was divested in June 2022 to the global asset management firm Patrizia. The transaction was structured as a forward sale with an underlying property value of approximately SEK 3.6 billion, including a commitment for Aros to complete the projects.
The financing arrangement, which was facilitated by a syndicate of banks including Nordea and Swedbank, secures the delivery of the final three projects to Patrizia.
