Skierfe has advised Arwidsro Fastighets AB on the sale of six retail assets – four located in Mora and two in Stenungsund – to Vendus.
The transaction covers the properties Noret 88:51, Noret 86:19, Noret 86:20 and Noret 58:22 in Mora, together with Stenung 1:108 and Stenung 4:52 within the Strandplan retail area in Stenungsund.
The properties have a total lettable area of approximately 15,000 sq.m., with key tenants including Willys, STC and the Stenungsund Municipality. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 272.5 million.
