Skierfe has advised Arwidsro Fastighets AB on the acquisition of retail properties in Överby from Regio.
The acquired properties, Långskeppet 1 and 4, comprise 20,861 sq.m. of lettable area and are leased to City Gross and Lidl as anchor tenants. Other tenants include Jysk, ÖoB, Dollarstore, and XXL. The total value of both properties is approximately SEK 440 million.
Situated in the rapidly growing western Överby area of Trollhättan, north of Gothenburg, this acquisition further strengthens Arwidsro Fastighets AB’s retail portfolio in central Sweden.
