Skierfe has advised Besqab AB (publ) on the acquisition of building rights for approximately 100 new residential apartments in Nacka from SBB and Genova, corresponding to some 8,800 sq.m. of gross floor area.
The property is located in a tranquil, natural setting on Fabrikörvägen in Nacka Strand, south-east of Stockholm. The purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 194 million.
