Skierfe has advised Besqab AB (publ) on the acquisition of building rights for approximately 130 new residential apartments in Solna from Skandia Fastigheter, corresponding to some 10,000 sq.m. of gross floor area.
The property Ballongberget 4 was acquired through a share transfer. It is located between Ballonggatan and Kolonnvägen, with direct access to Solna station. The purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 151 million.
The apartments are planned as tenant ownership properties, and climate efficiency will be an important requirement in the continued design of the project.
