Skierfe has advised Besqab AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of building rights on the property Paradiset 23 on Kungsholmen, Stockholm, from Fabege AB.
Under the agreement, Besqab acquires rights to develop approximately 90 new residential units, corresponding to about 8,000 sq.m. of gross floor area. The purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 200 million.
The new homes will be designed to meet high standards of climate performance and energy efficiency.
Over the past 15 years, western Kungsholmen has undergone substantial urban development, adding offices, housing and services.
