Skierfe has advised Besqab AB (publ) on the acquisition of building rights for approximately 400 new residential units within the properties Gelbgjutaren 3, 4, 10, 13, 14 and 17 in Södra Hagalund, Solna, just north-west of central Stockholm.
The acquisition was carried out within the framework of a joint venture between Besqab and ALFA Development, through a share purchase from Humlegården Fastigheter. The purchase price amounts to SEK 459 million.
The Södra Hagalund area in Solna is undergoing significant transformation. The new district will comprise housing, retail premises, workplaces, cultural facilities and services. Besqab and ALFA Development are planning four phases with mixed tenures, aimed at attracting a broad range of target groups and creating a vibrant neighbourhood.
