Following the establishment of the joint venture, Greykite has completed its first transaction in Sweden, acquiring a 94,400 sq.m. multi-let industrial portfolio from Regio, a commercial real estate company backed by the Third Swedish National Pension Fund. Broadgate Asset Management will manage the portfolio.
