Skierfe has advised Citycon on the sale of a residential asset with 203 rental apartments in the Stockholm region to Niam.
The apartments are strategically located in the rapidly growing Barkarby district, in the Järfälla municipality, northwest of Stockholm, adjacent to the new metro station, which is set to open in 2026.
The property was completed in 2024 and offers a lettable area of 13,200 sq.m. It has been sustainably developed, meeting high standards for new buildings from ecological, social, and economic perspectives.
