Skierfe has advised Frentab Fastigheter AB on the acquisition of the property Märsta 24:17 in Sigtuna from ABS Wheels AB.
It was a sale and leaseback transaction with ABS Wheels AB signing a new lease agreement as part of the deal.
Märsta 24:17 is a mixed-use property situated at Turbingatan 13 in the heart of Arlandastad, near Stockholm Arlanda. The property boasts a total usable area of 3,412 sq.m. and has convenient access to the E4 motorway.
Skierfe has previously advised Frentab Fastigheter AB on the sale of two properties, Täby Passaren 4 and Täby Passaren 5, in Arninge, Täby, northern Stockholm.
