Skierfe has advised Frentab Fastigheter AB on the acquisition of a property in the Eriksberg industrial zone, located in Botkyrka, south of Stockholm.
The property includes a land area of approx. 4,000 sq.m., featuring an existing building of around 3,600 sq.m., which is fully let to two tenants.
Skierfe has previously advised Frentab Fastigheter AB on the sale of two properties, Täby Passaren 4 and Täby Passaren 5, strategically located in Arninge, Täby, northern Stockholm, and on the acquisition of a property near Stockholm Arlanda.
