Skierfe has advised Frentab Fastigheter AB on the acquisition of two strategically located industrial properties in Arninge, Täby, from a Norwegian listed company KMC Properties ASA.
Both properties comprise a total land area of 14,196 sq.m. and an existing building area of 4,278 sq.m. with a potential for further development.
The acquisition strengthens Frentab Fastigheter AB’s position in the Stockholm region real estate market.
