Skierfe has advised Gamla Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget SEB Trygg Liv (publ) on the sale of the property Städet 9 in central Stockholm to Areim.
The property Städet 9, more widely known as Grönstedtska Palatset or Vinlagret, offers 28,679 sq.m. in central Stockholm. It is located at Dalagatan and houses, among others, head office for Sweden’s largest brewery and beverage group Spendrups, and modern restaurants.
On the market for more than 120 years, Gamla Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget SEB Trygg Liv is an insurance company and part of the SEB Group.
