Skierfe has advised Gamla Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget SEB Trygg Liv (publ) on the sale of the properties Vinkelhaken 10 and 18 in central Stockholm to Axfast AB.
The properties Vinkelhaken 10 and 18 offer some 10,400 sq.m. in Stockholm’s prime office, hotel and retail area. Both properties are located at Kungsgatan, right next to Hötorget and adjacent to Vinkelhaken 9, which is already owned by the purchaser.
On the market for more than 120 years, Gamla Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget SEB Trygg Liv is an insurance company and part of the SEB Group.
