Skierfe has advised Gillesvik Fastigheter AB on the acquisition of Åregården, a well-known hotel located in Åre, one of Scandinavia’s most popular mountain resorts. The property was sold by Fastator’s subsidiary Svenska Kulturskatter AB.
Åregården’s history traces back to 1895. Located in the centre of Åre Village, the hotel offers 54 rooms, one suite, two hotel apartments, two restaurants, two bars, conference rooms, a sauna and a gym. It can host meetings of up to 120 persons.
