Skierfe advises Hagabacken Fastighets AB on its real estate investments, including the acquisition of 18 properties valued at approx. SEK 600 million.
Hagabacken Fastighets AB is a new real estate investment company, launched by Bengt Kjell, Oscar Lekander and Lars Thagesson in 2023. Based on the founders’ experience gained from, among others, co-founding Hemfosa and Nyfosa, Hagabacken plans to be an opportunistic investor focused on the Swedish commercial property sector.
The company has recently completed a capital raise with investment commitments amounting to some SEK 1.5 billion. Investors include Liljedahl Group, TomEnterprise, Jula Holding, and Ica Handlarnas Förbund.
