Skierfe has advised Hagabacken Fastighets AB on its acquisition of five warehouse and light industrial properties in Helsingborg.
The properties comprise an aggregate lettable area of approximately 12,600 square metres and will be fully let on completion. The aggregate annual rental income amounts to approximately SEK 15 million, and the average remaining lease term is eight years.
The acquisition further strengthens Hagabacken’s presence in Helsingborg and is in line with the company’s strategy of building a high-quality property portfolio in the Öresund region.
Founded in 2023, Hagabacken Fastighets AB is a real estate company pursuing an opportunistic investment strategy focused on the Swedish commercial property sector.
