Skierfe has advised Klövern AB (publ) on the acquisition of the property Orminge 54:2 in Orminge Centre, Nacka Municipality. The seller was Bilia AB.
The firm has also advised Klövern on securing land allocation agreements with the municipality for the adjacent properties Orminge 54:1 and part of Orminge 60:1.
Klövern intends to develop approx. 500 high-quality, sustainable homes, with construction anticipated to begin in the first quarter of 2029.
The target sites are located in Orminge Centre. The area offers excellent potential, combining proximity to nature and local amenities with convenient access to central Stockholm: only about 20 minutes by bus from Slussen and around 10 minutes from the forthcoming metro station.
