Skierfe has assisted MIGS Logistics in collaborating with Tritax Eurobox to acquire and develop a 95,000 sq.m. prime property located between the ring roads in Malmö’s Fosie industrial area. The property was subsequently sold to Microsoft for SEK 320 million with the intention of developing a data center on the site.
