Skierfe has acted as legal advisor to Nivika Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with the divestment of nine properties in Jönköping to MURO Fastigheter. The transaction, valued at approximately SEK 600 million, comprises around 17,200 sq.m. of lettable area with an annual rental value of SEK 35.6 million.
The properties included in the transaction are Jönköping Abborren 6, Advokaten 14, Advokaten 5, Arkadien 2, Bäret 1, Bäret 2, Vakten 8, Vakten 10, and Varbygeln 1.
Closing is expected during the first half of 2026.
