Skierfe has advised on the establishment of Steptura, a new real estate joint venture between Next Step Group AB and Vectura Fastigheter AB. The initial value of Steptura’s property portfolio exceeds SEK 4 billion. By 2026, the portfolio will encompass 13 properties, offering approximately 130,000 square meters and valued at around SEK 6 billion.
The joint venture is built upon a successful collaboration in the Mobility Innovation Destination Torslanda and GoCo Health Innovation City projects, which include partners such as AstraZeneca and Volvo Cars. Skierfe has also served as a legal advisor for these projects.
Steptura is jointly owned by Next Step Group AB and Vectura Fastigheter AB. Vectura Fastigheter AB is a real estate company owned by Patricia Industries, part of Investor. Next Step Group AB is a Gothenburg-based real estate company and developer, half-owned by Fastighets AB Balder.
