Skierfe has advised the seller on the disposal of the property Tyresö Bävern 10 to Scandinavian Property Group, encompassing approximately 35 hectares.
The property accommodates the Tyresö Golf Course and is situated adjacent to the new residential area Bäverbacken, currently being developed by SPG, Magnolia, and Klövern. Previously, SPG entered into a turnkey agreement with OBOS to construct approximately 260 apartments within the area.
