Skierfe has advised Realy Bostad on the acquisition of an ongoing residential project in Steninge Slottsby from Stjernplan.
The project comprises 92 high-standard housing units and has the Miljöbyggnad Silver environmental certification. It is expected to be completed in December 2024.
This acquisition expands Realy Bostad’s footprint in Steninge Slottsby, northwest of Stockholm, increasing the total number of its rental apartments in the area to 164. The company’s initial project in Steninge Slottsby was completed in November 2023 and includes 72 rental properties.
