Skierfe has advised Rico Estate Development AB (RED) on its acquisition of Ingelsta Handelscentrum from Deka Immobilien, completed in partnership with Svenska Stadsbyggen i Nacka Strand AB (Stadsbyggen).
The team has advised RED on the formation of its joint venture with Stadsbyggen, as well as the subsequent acquisition, which marks the first step in their collaboration, laying a strong foundation for future projects.
Located in Norrköping southwest of Stockholm, Ingelsta Handelscentrum offers approximately 40,000 sq.m. of retail space. Tenants include a wide variety of well-known brands such as Bauhaus, Willy’s, Jula, and Rusta.
The acquisition is a significant milestone for RED, a market leader in the development of retail parks, renowned for its ability to create attractive retail park environments through business and concept development.
