Skierfe has acted as counsel to Resona in connection with its landmark forward-funding agreement with global real estate investor Hines, enabling the development and upcoming construction start of one of Sweden’s largest residential projects this year.
Located in central Sollentuna in the Stockholm region, the project comprises 17,073 sq.m. of residential floor area and 308 rental apartments with associated commercial premises.
The transaction marks a strategically important milestone for Resona and sets the stage for the transformation of the former Sollentunamässan exhibition site into a vibrant and sustainable neighbourhood. Skierfe advised Resona throughout the entire process.
