Skierfe has advised Schroder Capital Real Estate on the sale of two prime retail properties to Svenska Handelsfastigheter.
Both properties are fully let and comprise more than 11,000 sq.m. in Sweden’s premier retail locations.
The first property, totalling 5,423 sq.m., is situated in Arninge retail centre, one of the Stockholm region’s key retail hubs. Adjacent to the E18 motorway, it attracts approximately six million visitors annually, making it one of Sweden’s most popular shopping destinations.
The second property lies in the Nova retail area just outside Lund, a strategically strong location within the growing Öresund region. Tenants Dollarstore and Power share 5,685 sq.m.
