Skierfe has advised SEB’s real estate investment fund Domestica V on the acquisition of the residential property Lund Parasollet 2 from Sveaviken Bostad AB.
Completed in 2021 and fully leased, Lund Parasollet 2 comprises 75 energy-efficient apartments with a total lettable area of 3,593 sq.m. It is located in the new sustainable, futuristic area of Brunnshög in northeastern Lund.
Domestica V is a real estate investment fund managed by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB). The fund targets regional cities with strong growth.
