Skierfe has advised Steptura on its Nāst House innovation centre project.
Spanning 31,000 sq. m., Nāst House will become the heart of Nāst Innovation Destination Torslanda, a vibrant and inspiring innovation hub for talents, researchers, and businesses from various industries, with Volvo Cars as the first tenant.
The project involves a complete transformation of Volvo’s former headquarters near Gothenburg. The centre is designed by SHoP Architects, renowned for projects with companies such as YouTube, Uber, and Google.
Skierfe has previously advised on the establishment of Steptura, which is jointly owned by Next Step Group AB and Vectura Fastigheter AB. Vectura Fastigheter AB is a real estate company owned by Patricia Industries, part of Investor. Next Step Group AB is a Gothenburg-based real estate company and developer, half-owned by Fastighets AB Balder.
