Skierfe has acted for Swedavia Real Estate in negotiating lease and project development agreements with Strawberry regarding a full-service hotel project to be developed adjacent to SkyCity at Sweden’s largest airport Arlanda.
Developed in response to the growing demand for hospitality services at Arlanda, it will be the largest airport hotel in the Nordic region, offering 656 hotel rooms and extensive meeting facilities. Scheduled to open in 2029, it will be located next to Terminal 5, just a five-minute walk from SkyCity.
Following a rigorous assessment process, Strawberry has been selected to operate Swedavia’s new airport hotel. Strawberry is one of the leading hotel chains and operators in the Nordics.
