Skierfe has advised the seller, a company owned by private real estate investors, on the sale of 49 percent of the shares in Luxora Invest AB to Ankarhagen Fastigheter AB.
Luxora Invest AB owns a property portfolio located in Östergötland, southwest of Stockholm, comprising 77,000 sq.m. of warehousing and industrial space.
Ankarhagen Fastigheter AB acquires, develops, and manages commercial properties in the warehousing, light industrial, and retail sectors.
