Skierfe Advokatfirma has acted as legal advisor to Vectura in connection with Vectura’s acquisition of GoCo Health Innovation City in Mölndal, Gothenburg. The transaction is carried out at an underlying property value of appr. SEK 3bn.
The acquired portfolio comprises several completed buildings totaling appr. 52,000 sq.m., together with development rights for future phases. Following completion, Vectura will assume full responsibility for the long‑term ownership and management of GoCo Health Innovation City.
Skierfe has previously advised in connection with the establishment of the joint venture Steptura™ and throughout the development of both the GoCo area as well as the Nāst Innovation Destination Torslanda project.
