Skierfe has advised Vendus Sweden AB (publ) on the acquisition of a retail property in Erikslund, Västerås, from Gotska Fastighets AB.
The acquisition, valued at approximately SEK 470 million, comprises approximately 15,700 sq. m. of lettable area. The property is strategically located in Erikslund, one of Sweden’s leading out-of-town retail destinations, attracting more than 10 million visitors annually and benefiting from prominent exposure to the E18 motorway.
The retail scheme is fully let, with a weighted average unexpired lease term of more than nine years. Its largest tenant is City Gross, while other occupiers include Nordic Wellness, Dormy, Blomsterlandet and Däckia. Developed between 2015 and 2024, the property offers high energy efficiency and low maintenance requirements.
