Skierfe Advokatfirma acts as legal advisor to Acer Bostad in connection with the acquisition from Sveafastigheter

Sveafastigheter has entered into an agreement to divest the new production project Solhusen in Orminge, Nacka, to Acer Bostad. Skierfe Advokatfirma has acted as legal advisor to Acer Bostad in the transaction.

The project comprises the Orminge 60:6 site leasehold and consists of 147 rental apartments, of which 30 are sheltered housing, with a total leasable area of approximately 7,911 sqm. Solhusen is located in the center of Orminge in a growing residential area with good access to services, public transport and green areas. The project has a clear sustainability profile with energy-efficient solutions, solar cells and environmental certification according to Miljöbyggnad Silver.

The agreed property value amounts to SEK 438 million before deduction of deferred tax. The transaction is carried out in company form and is conditional on completion of the project and the achievement of a certain occupancy rate. The conditions are expected to be fulfilled in the second quarter of 2026.

Acer Bostad is a local housing platform with a focus on high-quality rental housing in the Stockholm area and is jointly owned by Gordion Capital, a local partner, and the global investor Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.
