The joint project company will develop both tenant-owned apartments and rental apartments. Fyrtornet 5 on Lidingö comprises approximately 89 cooperative apartments, while Koltrasten 1 in Solna comprises approximately 250 homes with a combination of tenant-owned apartments and rental apartments.
