Skierfe has assisted Folksam Försäkringsbolag in successfully closing its acquisition of a residential portfolio in Skåne from Skanska.
The portfolio includes six properties located in Malmö, Lund, Helsingborg and Ängelholm, with a total of 37,600 sq.m. The portfolio was purchased as a forward purchase structure, and has been completed in three different stages.
With assets under management worth SEK 527bn, Folksam Försäkringsbolag is one of Sweden’s largest insurance and long-term investment groups.
