Skierfe has once again been ranked by Fastighetsvärlden, a leading Swedish real estate magazine, as one of the top law firms in Sweden based on real estate transaction volume.
Fastighetsvärlden is renowned for its independent, industry-leading rankings. In its latest Top List, Skierfe secured a place among the top eight law firms in Sweden, having advised on transactions worth SEK 25.7 billion during 2024/2025, an increase of 13.2% compared with the previous year.
The ranking also highlights Skierfe’s role in advising ALM Equity AB (publ) on the sale of 60% of the assets from Svenska Nyttobostäder to a fund managed by Aermont Capital. With an underlying property value of approximately SEK 8.4 billion at the time, the transaction is one of the largest residential deals ever completed in Sweden.
