Skierfe has been ranked by Fastighetsvärlden, a leading Swedish real estate magazine, as one of the top law firms in Sweden based on real estate transaction volume.
Fastighetsvärlden is renowned for its industry-leading independent rankings. In its latest Top List, Skierfe secured a spot among the top six firms, having advised on transactions worth over SEK 22 billion during 2023/2024.
The ranking also highlights Skierfe’s role in advising Vectura on the divestment of 22 properties, including 20 elderly care homes and two daycares, in a share deal with an underlying property value of approximately SEK 5 billion.
Skierfe is a boutique law firm exclusively focused on the real estate industry. The firm regularly advises on some of Sweden’s largest and most significant real estate transactions. Recent highlights include advising ALM Equity AB (publ) on the sale of 60 percent of the assets from Svenska Nyttobostäder to a fund managed by Aermont Capital, alongside the establishment of a joint venture. With an underlying property value of approximately SEK 8.4 billion, the transaction marks one of the largest residential deals ever in Sweden.
