Skierfe has acted as legal advisors for Alm Equity in the sale of 34 residential lots located in Skölsta, Uppsala to OBOS. The sale was made through Alm Equity’s subsidiary Alm Småa Bostad as seller. The property was first acquired in 2016, whereafter Alm Småa Bostad has completed a new detail development plan within the area.
